Part-time flexible weekend sales position, up to $30/ hour

I am a small business owner who does a number of pop-up markets throughout the year. The work would be on weekends, usually Saturdays, Sundays, and some Fridays. I am looking for someone who is willing to work 2 or 3 weekends per month for 6-10 hours a day interacting with customers and selling product. No prior sales experiences required, but is appreciated. Position will start July 16th and be pretty consistent throughout the summer, fall, and Christmas season. Pay will start at $15/ hour plus 3.5% commission, but depending on availability and skill, there is opportunity to make more. Including commission, you could make up to $25-$30/ hour.
