Job Description As a Landscape Enhancement Crew Member, it is preferred that you be proficient in; renovation/enhancements, irrigation, plant id, hardscapes, retaining walls and installs. Safety, skill and ethic must be instilled to maintain a healthy operating crew. While experience is not a must it is preferred. Responsibilities • Follow instructions from the site Crew Leader or Project Manager • Work safely to avoid accidents and injuries • Keep your work area clean and free of hazards • Take care of any hand tools, equipment, machinery and vehicles that you are operating Requirements • At least 2 years of labor experience • No scheduling conflicts, must be able to work up to 50 hours per week if needed • Positive attitude and work ethic • Understanding of physical labor • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
