Integrity First Maintenance is looking to add general maintenance contractors to the team for HOA and busy season. The properties are located all over Harris County so the location of work will depend on your home base. The majority of the homes we work on are occupied. We are doing general home maintenance, NOT turns or rehabs or remodels. Please do not contact if you are looking for remodels or rehabs. The jobs we have are suited for one guy not a whole crew. Looking for some one who is looking to stay busy Monday through Friday. Requirements: -Pass background check -Valid drivers license -Proof of auto insurance Looking for someone who can do: -Drywall/texture/painting -Light plumbing -Light electrical -Roof repairs -Fence work -General handyman/ home maintenance work Our Company: - This is not a lead service. There are no fees associated with taking our work. - We are NOT looking for someone to "sell" when on site. We send you to get the work done. -We pay for all materials. - This is a 1099 contractor position. - We operate off of an app for assigning work orders and uploading before/after pictures.
