Maintenance/Handyman - Needed for single family residence homes. To be responsible, under the direction of the Maintenance Director, for the overall maintenance of the physical property, and all areas related to the day-to-day maintenance of the community. Essential duties & responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1) Perform basic electrical repairs, plumbing work, drywall repairs and carpentry work. 2) Perform custodial work to include some grounds work. 3) Make readies of single family homes prior to resident occupancy. 4) Keep accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, work orders, and inventories. 5) Assist with annual inspections, perform periodic exterior inspections. 6) Basic HVAC, trouble shooting, filter changes, etc. 7) Participate in emergency stand-by schedule for evening, weekend & holiday coverage.
