Custodian needed in South Austin   90 day permanent placement, plus 100 % paid benefits   Hours: Monday to Thursday, 5:30 am to 2:00pm Friday, 6am to Noon   $14.00 hour Responsibilities include: - Clean the office, warehouse, restrooms, hallways, amenity areas, laundry room, parking lots, sidewalks and other common areas on a daily basis, or as scheduled by the manager. - Floor Care: sweep, mop, carpet spot and/ or vacuum. - Surface care (dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing, clean blinds) - Timely waste removal (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas on a daily basis and as needed) - Kitchen and breakroom maintenance (restock refrigerators as needed and maintain cleanliness) - Care for, maintain and inventory all janitorial supplies and cleaning equipment owned by the company. - Replenishes condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service   We offer a very competitive compensation package including excellent medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid vacation, and holidays    To apply, please email resume to [email protected]   L.K.
