Looking for a good home for my 2 PET Ducks

We have two beautiful ducks that are tame. They have a nice big duck pen but unfortunately we are having too much trouble with one of our dogs behavior towards the ducks and we wish for them to be able to run(waddle) and flap on a farm, into a pond, and maybe with some other ducky friends :). they are both female, One mallard, and one mag pie. They are 3months and 2.5 months old. I want to make sure they are happy and healthy. So if anyone is able to help I will be much appreciated.
