Description
Sybil was surrendered to us on 3/12/21. She came in with her brother and both were severely affected by metabolic bone disease, which causes permanent bone deformities and stunted growth due to calcium deficiencies. Sybil has a deformed spine and deformed limbs, but she is SUCH a fighter! She has seen the veterinarian, eats well, and is friendly. Sybil cannot climb so we recommend that her enclosure is kept shorter to prevent fall damage. She should also be on a low-chitin diet as her pelvis is affected by the MBD, so we feed her crickets, dubia roaches, and occasional small hornworms. Sybil does need help shedding as she is missing the claws on her toes. Our vet recommended she avoid mealworm and superworms. Her adoption fee is $30.
