Integrity First Maintenance is looking to add an HVAC contractor to the team. All jobs will be service calls for single family rental homes. Good fit for someone who is looking for part time work or a little extra on the side with the potential for full time work during the summer months. Must have a valid drivers license, tools, registered with TDLR and EPA certified. Must be a licensed contractor that is able to purchase parts. Our Company: - This is NOT a lead service. There are no fees associated with taking our work you'll be part of our team. - This is a 1099 contractor position. - We operate off of an app for assigning work orders and uploading before/after pictures. The Pay: -The labor payout for each work order is dependent on the scope of work. There is a standardized price list we can go over. -Pay is by direct deposit on a NET7 or NET30 basis.
