ProFlow is growing quickly in the DFW Metroplex and looking to hire experienced installers ASAP, We are looking to hire 2-4 experienced or non experienced installers to get another trailer on the road. Experience is definitely recommended but not required, we will train the right individuals to become successful in the industry. Job Duties: -Climbing ladders and working at elevated heights. -Understanding of diagrams and paying attention to detail of diagrams. -Communicating with General Manager and Customers. -Installing 5", 6" K style Gutter, Half-Round, and Commercial Gutters. -Clean Jobsites thoroughly during and after completion. -Working till Jobs are complete. -Reading tape measures accurately. -Using gutter machinery and equipment accordingly. -Do job correctly first time and minimize service calls. Job Requirements: -Professional attitude and appearance. -Exceptional work ethic. -Experience with gutters. -Drivers License. -Preferably Own Tools. Will provide if needed, and taken from first check. -Arrive on Time every day. -Respectful. - NOT AFRAID OF HEIGHTS & LADDERS. This is a 1099 position that is paid by the day, Bonuses and incentives are available to hardworking individual. Paid every week. Pay will Start at $150-200 per day based on Experience. Once proven work ethic and 30 day probationary period pay will increase based on proven experience and work ethic. Non experienced installers will start at $140 per day and increase based on work ethic and experience.
