Wood floor cleaning and waxing.

Our old wood floor was a worn and dirty, and then it got flooded by somebody bowerwashing the porch. I have floor cleaner and paste wax but need an experienced person with a good buffer to clean and wax the floor as best they can. Perfection is not expected. Sanding is not an option. If you are interested, I’d like to know your experience, what sort of buffer you have, and if possible, a reference or two. An estimate would also be nice. The kitchen is about 350 sq feet. You might want to look at the job first.
