Classification: Non-Exempt Reports to: Operations Manager Summary/Objective Completes shipments by processing and loading orders. Essential Functions Pulls product for orders, puts product away in bin locations and prepares orders for shipment, assist supervisor maintaining inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items; securing warehouse. Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery. Completes deliveries by driving truck or van to and from vendors. Maintains quality service by following organization standards. Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. This role routinely uses warehouse equipment such as dollies, pallet-jacks, forklifts, dock leverages and bobtail trucks. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 85 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday. This position can regularly require long hours.
