MasterCorp is looking for a full-time Night Manager for the area of Orange County. Full Time – Night Manager (Orange County) Salary: Depending on Experience Available: Immediately Qualifications: • 10-year Janitorial experience is a plus • A passion for cleanliness • Strong work ethic • Ability to learn and change behavior • Work irregular hours * Bilingual (English/Spanish) Essential Functions • Maintain a high standard of excellence • Schedule – Evenings/Nights • Responsible for hiring and training all personnel • Oversee operations of assigned accounts, i.e., quality control, labor pool, and managing employees to ensure they are following contractual obligations • Responsible for overseeing and managing time sheet input, supply management, inventory and distribution of payroll as required assessment for assigned accounts • Responsible for partial HR duties, including application distribution, hiring compliance, injury reporting • Assists Branch Manager in maintaining/managing budgets for each building i.e., providing all necessary labor reports and any other pertinent data as it relates to payroll • Assist in providing necessary supplies and tools for each jobsite i.e. inventories, start up, miscellaneous supplies/equipment • Assist Management in generating/completing tag jobs • Conducting building inspection after normal business hours • Responsible for completing floor care and/or assisting floor technicians in completion of contractual obligations • Other duties as assigned by Branch Manager Please submit resume and call Vanessa at 949-490-1418 to schedule an interview.
