The Field Supervisor's daily responsibilities include:. Maintains a safe work site Plans and directs construction activities on the building site Supervises the site to maintain a safe and positive work environment Communicates regularly with Clients, Office personal, Architects, Property Managers, and Subcontractors to ensure progress is achieved. Schedules all Subcontractors for each phase of development and construction Maintains compliance with all applicable building codes Verifies that all checklists are completed and inspections are scheduled and passed Executes company policies and enforces uniformity on construction methods to ensure compliance with quality standards Completes each project on schedule from planning through occupancy, ensuring all contract obligations are satisfied The Field Supervisor Should Have: Experience working for a residential general contractor Experience managing residential construction projects Strong communication skills, both oral and written Technology skills to learn and use our software and IT tools A valid Florida driver's license and a properly insured truck, SUV or van Ability and willingness to travel if required within the state of Florida Proper authorization to work in the US What We Offer Competitive salary fuel purchasing card iPhone and iPad vacation policy Paid sick time.
