We are looking for a General Laborer with a general knowledge of all trades in the commercial construction industry. Requirements: -Construction general repairs, building maintenance including general cleanup -Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in construction industry -Maintain a clean job site- pick up tools and equipment and secure job site each day in order to eliminate potential hazards -Ability to lift heavy objects 50-60 lbs. on a regular basis, walk and stand for long periods of time and perform physical labor under adverse field conditions -Assist as required in all manual labor aspects of the project as directed by the Crew Leader, Foreman, or Supervisor. -Must be reliable and a hard worker -Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule -Load and unload equipment and materials -Provide own hand tools -Ability to understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions -Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency -Must have knowledge of proper use and safety of equipment, tools, materials and supplies used in construction. -Must have knowledge applicable safety precautions and willing to follow all safety procedures. -Must have valid driver’s license, insurance, own transportation, a clean MVR (driving record) Benefits Include: -Medical -Dental -Vision -Paid Holidays -Vacation Job Type: Full-time Salary: $15.00 to $25.00 /hour
