It is. Small 874 square feet house! Should be so easy to do! I will help prep and paint too. I will supply all the materials and paint. Just want to pay a couple guys hourly to help me finish a job that I think will only be two days. $25/hr. I will pay all the materials. I just need a professional who pays attention to details and will not be sloppy! Need to do this ASAP! Ps If you know how to do baseboards I can hire you to do that too! Looking to clear out kitchen and bathroom to the studs down a full makeover. Anyone who can help me demo the proper way please reach out also. If you know how to do everything u are hired!!
