Found!!!! Long hair white and orange cat

Me and my friend found a relatively large but thin cat in my apartment complex in upland near 8th/benson. He looks like he might belong to someone because he was nice but a little dirty and some scabs. He is an older cat but has a long fluffy tail. I think it’s a male I’m not sure. He also seems to have a large bump or tumor near his eye. We are feeding him and cleaning him up a little bit but he his crying. He needs to go to the vet but if anyone is missing a cat of this description please contact me and we will try to figure out who he belongs too.
