I am looking for an individual that wants to join a well established company. We have been in business for 25 years and we are always growing and looking for new individuals that want to join a company that promotes from within. I am seeking a laborer that wants an opportunity to learn a new trade and somebody that I can develop into a lead in the future. No experience is necessary, all you need to do is show up to work and be willing to learn. This is a dirty and sometimes physically demanding job and we work in all weather climates (besides snow). You would need to report to North Bend every morning between the hours of 6:30am-7:30am. A pre employment drug screen will be required upon employment and that includes marijuana. We are not seasonal and this is full time work. There is weekend work every now and then but typically we have Saturday and Sunday off as we are closed on the weekends. There is also night work that happens every once in a while. For both night work and weekend work we offer a shift differential of $15 per hour extra for all on site time and travel time to and from the job site. Starting pay will range anywhere from $20.00 per hour to $23.00 per hour depending on experience with a 90 day review/raise and the annual review/raise after that.
