FAQ'sHas anything changed due to COVID? Yes, we have adapted our procedures to ensure we provide a shopping experience that is safe, spacious, and sanitized.  How do I qualify for this special presale? You must be pregnant with, or have had, or have adopted, your first child/grandchild within the last 12 months.  You are allowed to attend this presale as a First Time Parent/Grandparent for a maximum of two presales.  Congratulations on your new little one! Can I bring a guest with me? Yes, you are allowed to purchase an additional ticket so a guest may come with you. One ticket per person. Your guest does not have to meet first time parent / grandparent qualifications. How do I get entered to win the special prizes? We will scan your ticket when you attend the presale and your name will be automatically entered :) . What do I get with the VIP ticket? VIP ticket holders get access to all the bargains an hour and a half earlier and triple entries for the special giveaways. You will be automatically entered to win when you check-in at the presale. What do I get with the Standard Access ticket? Standard access ticket holders get access to all the bargains beginning at their entry time, double entries for the special giveaways, and a $5 gift card to spend that evening. You will receive your gift card and be automatically entered to win when you check-in at the presale. What do I get with the General Admission ticket? You get access to the amazing bargains beginning at 7:30pm, the day before we open to the general public, and one entry in the special giveaways. Is there an age limit to enter this special sale? No children under 10, no strollers or wagons allowed at this presale; infants worn in a front carrier are allowed. Are children over 10 allowed at the sale? If possible, please plan to leave children at home due to COVID, for their own safety, headcount purposes, and social distancing.  If your child over 10 must come with you, they will need a ticket so be sure to get one for them too. To help maintain proper social distancing, all children (must be over 10 years old) must remain by your side at ALL times. What forms of payment do you accept? We are grateful if you can pay in cash but also happily accept major credit & debit cards and apple pay. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the presale? No, you can show us your ticket on your phone or we can look you up by your name. Is my registration/ticket transferrable? Yes, but person the the ticket is being transferred to must also meet the first-time parent qualifications. What happens if COVID changes the presale dates? We will transfer your ticket(s) to the rescheduled presale dates. What is the refund policy? No ticket refunds (unless COVID forces us to cancel / reschedule). Also, all merchandise purchased at the sale is final, no returns or exchanges.  Can I bring a stroller to the presale? No. Due to the large amount of items on the sales floor, we can't allow strollers, wagons or car seats during this special presale.  Infants worn in a front carrier are allowed. Can I bring food or beverages to the presale? Sorry, per Bielenberg rules there are no food or beverages allowed in the fieldhouse, however you may eat in the lobby. Does my ticket include the half-price presale too? - VIP tickets include the #FirstDibs half-price presale, Friday, Sept 17, 4 - 9p and Saturday, Sept 18 9a-4p. - Standard access and general admission tickets include the half-price sale, Saturday, Sept 18, 9a-4p.
