You've heard of TED Talks, right? So pretend the T is silent and you get ED Talks, and ED stands for Executive Director and she talks, so... AIA Wisconsin is hosting a series of discussions on the last Wednesday of the month. We'd like to hear from YOU, our members, about what you'd like to talk about. The sky's the limit. The format will be a 5-minute introduction of the topic and then it's open mic. Please join us for some lively conversation. June Talk: Hello Madison! Hosted by AIA Wisconsin Executive Director Lisa Kennedy, FAIA. It appears we’ve made it out of the pandemic! And now I’m hoping to embark on one of the missions I envisioned for the Executive Director role. It’s time to meet the members where they are. I’d like to open up the Stoner House for some socializing. Please stop by to say hello if you’re in the neighborhood. We can have a drink and a snack and get to know each other. Bring me your thoughts, your hopes, your dreams, your concerns or whatever you have to share. And since you’re architects, let’s talk about our thoughts for the Stoner House. It’s in need of some love and also some purpose. As our “HOME”, it should be our showcase and we could use some ideas. So plan to drop in and introduce yourself if we haven’t met or catch up if it’s been awhile since we’ve seen each other. Sometimes you need to connect just for the heck of it!
