Description
Maintenance Supervisor Experienced maintenance person to work in apartment buildings in the Elizabeth area. Must have excellent plumbing skills & ability (snake sewers lines, replace piping, install sinks & toilets), sheetrock, plastering, tiling (ceramic). You must be a resident of the United States (or have legal status to be in the US), speak fluent Spanish and English. Must have own transportation, clean driver’s license and pass drug and security test. Should live in Elizabeth as you are the first line of defense after 5:00 PM. Supervise 4 maintenance workers.
