We are presently looking for an individual who is high energy, good working with people and has teaching skills in our industry. MUST HAVE AT LEAST TWO YEARS EXPERIENCE IN CLEANING EMPTY APARTMENTS and CONSTRUCTION CLEANING. Must have a car and cell phone, be able to communicate verbally and can do some general paperwork and report back to management. This person will be interacting with management and should have a nice appearance and MUST be bi-lingual. This individual will work cleaning apartments initially until you have demonstrated quality of work. THIS PERSON SHOULD BE WILLING TO TRAVEL TO AREAS OF ORLANDO TO OUR DIFFERENT JOB SITES. This person would eventually be giving direction to our contractors as to the quality of cleaning that is expected. Pay will be discussed once you have shown company that you can clean and also have the ability to train new cleaners. This job will eventually entail some inspections of some apartments after they have been cleaned on days that you will not be training new people. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A LONG TERM, FULL TIME PERSON THAT IS NOT ENCUMBERED WITH TIME RESTRICTIONS DURING THE DAY. THIS IS DAY WORK ONLY NORMALLY MONDAY THRU FRIDAY WITH OCCASIONAL SATURDAY WORK.
