Typical work week consists of: Monday – Friday 10A-6:30P Responsibilities: - Maintaining cleanliness of facility – inside and out - Cleaning of all common areas, bathrooms, and all other assigned areas of facility - Sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning windows - Trash removal - Receive, count, and fold medical scrubs - Strip linens or make beds in sleep rooms - Other duties as assigned Requirements: - 1+ years office, commercial or residential cleaning, high traffic facility - Demonstrate and promote great customer service attitude with pride in your work - Fast worker showing initiative and follow through - Must be able to read and speak English - Well groomed, displays professional image at all times through appearance, dress, attitude as appropriate for business office - Knowledge of proper cleaning procedures and handling of cleaning supplies - Must be able to stoop, stand, bend, walk and other movements needed for cleaning up to 8 hours - Able to properly clean upholstery, all types of floors, walls, ceilings, windows, vents, doors, lights, trash cans blinds, equipment, furniture and various types of surfaces - Must be able to work outside the facility to sweep, spray a hose, scrub - Available to work flexible schedule - Available to work overtime if needed - Need to be able to start work immediately CANDIDATE MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO BE CONSIDERED: - Must have previous janitorial experience - Must have a clean background check - Must have a valid driver's license - Must have a keen eye for details - Must be very organized and able to follow a routine that provides regular daily inspection and clean assigned areas - Must have a friendly personality and willing to accommodate other's - Must have general knowledge of computer and cell phone - Must have reliable transportation REFERENCES WILL BE CHECKED AND VERIFIED CANDIDATE MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO BE CONSIDERED: - Clean Criminal Background - Successful passing of a drug screening will be required prior to employment offer
