MCA will be under renovation for the summer! This event will take place rain or shine For this event, you must purchase all seats at the selected table. Seating is available in groups of 2, 4, or 6. About the Artists: Regie Gibson has worked with: Gwendolyn Brooks, Roy Ayers, Fareed Haque, Kurt Vonnegut, David Amram, The Monks of the Drepong Gamong Monastery, members of the world famous AACM (Association for the Advancement of Creative Musicians), Mos Def, David Murray, Sterling Plumpp, Marc Smith, Mark Strand, Reg E. Gaines, Savion Glover, John Legend and many other artists in musical genres including World, Celtic, Jazz, Blues and, Salsa, and classical European. STL GLD On the surface, STL GLD are a Hip Hop band. However, through captivating performances, STL GLD continually push beyond the traditions of Hip Hop with genre bending compositions. Multifaceted and complex, their live show sees elements of hip hop, rock, punk, and cinematic orchestra all coming together for an unforgettable live experience. About MCA: Mosesian Arts Live is thrilled to bring live music back to the Arsenal on the Charles campus in Watertown. Located just six miles from Downtown Boston, The Dorothy and Charles Mosesian Center for the Arts (formerly the Arsenal Center for the Arts) is a vibrant multi-disciplinary community arts venue located in Watertown, Massachusetts. This 30,000 sq. ft. former U.S. Army arsenal is home to the 340-seat Main Stage theater, a 100-seat Black Box theater, exhibition galleries, two rehearsal halls, education classrooms, and resident artist studios. Offerings include visual and performing arts productions, classes, and workshops for all ages, literary/art discussions, and world-class theatrical and musical performances. MCA is home to the award-winning Watertown Children’s Theatre as well as New Repertory Theatre, the professional theater company in residence. Parking: Limited parking is available right by the Commander's Mansion. Additional surface parking is available in the complex (any spot with no signs indicating otherwise) and a free garage, just a short walk away. Covid Protocols: Although restrictions have been lifted, we will still be maintaining some distancing between seated groups, and requiring masks if directed by the town of Watertown (owner of the property).
