Main Duties and Responsibilities: ☺ Pick and pack orders for shipment to customers ☺ Create shipping labels and update order status ☺ Maintain a clean and organized environment ☺ Restock and count physical inventory Job Requirements: ✔ Ability to operate reliably and quickly ✔ Proficiency in using a computer ✔ Good dexterity and coordination ✔ Willingness to ask for assistance ✔ Ability to work independently without supervision ✔ Ability to stand, walk, and lift items weighing up to 60 lbs. To ensure success as a fulfillment warehouse associate, you should have a good understanding of warehousing procedures, a good eye for detail, and the ability to follow instructions and spot irregularities. Ultimately, a top-class fulfillment warehouse associate processes orders quickly and accurately while adhering to safety and quality standards. The main workflow for this job involves: ◦ Logging onto the website backoffice to retrieve orders ◦ Print the pick list and packing slips ◦ Pick the required items from the shelves ◦ For each order: select the optimal shipping method, print the shipping label, and pack the items for shipment Previous experience in this line of work is an advantage. Hours per week: 25 Schedule: M-F 11-4 (semi-flexible) Pay: $13.75/hr. Pay and hours will gradually increase over time based on your performance, as this is a growing business.
