4 week running club for children ages 7-14 to encourage a love for running through track runs and games!
This 4 week running series will teach children how to run, set pace for running, and learn to love running through games and track work outs. Our last session will be a 1 mile challenge run or walk. Parents are welcome to join in on the fun!
This 4 week session runs from June 28- July 19 and will meet at the track at Chickahominy Middle School. Please be sure that your runner has water.
