Description

Disconnect to connect with the roots of who you are during a private rejuvenation retreat in Moab, Utah. Full Description This 3-day women’s retreat in Moab, Utah will nurture your body, heart, mind, and soul back to health. The Women’s Wellness Retreat presented by The Empowerment Journey, will give you a chance to rediscover the essence of you, and offer a safe space to heal and grow. Beautiful desert views, with lots of outdoor adventures to explore, hike, swim, and relax. Come and experience light and love with us! With so much going on in the world, we often forget how to listen to our own bodily wisdom, the essence of who we were before we let the influence of social media affect us. Give yourself a chance to step away to create a space of refreshing energy for your body. Meet new souls, and build new relationships with women who are also seeking solutions and support on the journey of life. The retreat includes Airport transfers from Canyonlands Fields Airport, yoga under the stars, meditation practices, and three delicious meals per day. Our groups are kept small and intimate which gives the teachers more time to spend with guests. This will host four groups of 3-6 women. There will be excursions to local attractions (Arches National Park, Petroglyphs, and more...) offered at NO extra cost which are of course optional. Your retreat stay at the Aarchway Inn includes an outdoor pool, hot tub, horseshoe course, and a beautiful river walkway. We are 2 miles from Arches National Park and 30 minutes from Dead Horse Point and Canyonlands National Park. Take our complimentary shuttle to one of Moab’s finest restaurants or fire up the BBQ pit and dine in our courtyard with views of the stunning river portal. We serve a full hot complimentary breakfast and feature an Espresso Bar and Specialty Coffee Shop to start your day before you head out. As lovers of all that Moab has to offer, we provide secure indoor bike storage for your outdoor gear, offer sandwiches and drinks to take for lunch on the trails, and provide any forgotten essentials in our general store. Extend your adventure by stargazing at the fire pit, 24-hour indoor fitness area, simply catching up by the pool and spa or in the serene grassy pavilion. In addition, our guests receive a retreat journal and special gifts. Our daily schedule includes 2-3 hour group sessions with Soul Coach Kimmy. We offer delicious meal plans for breakfast, lunch, and dinners, that our clients rave about. In the mornings you are free to explore the surrounding areas of Moab, walk through beautiful local trails, or receive some personal one-on-one healing and coaching sessions. The lesson of connection on and off the court was her sole purpose of creating multiple successful programs as a coach, educator, and entrepreneur. She continues to mentor people to believe in themselves, each other, and that anything is possible. Kimmy has coached souls to success. Kimmy completed her life coach certification to qualify herself to speak of the personal journey, blending her career in education, sports, and our human spirit into the Empowerment Journey. She is a born teacher, an avid reader, philosopher, traveler and cook— She has lived a life of tears, tragedy, and triumph. From creating championship teams and successful companies that win, to pushing the envelope too far resulting in the ultimate price of being fired — Losing big entrepreneurial ventures to rebuilding companies that serve others, Surviving lightning storms through life changing miracles — Suffering through heartbreak and separation from a soul partner. The list goes on, but the trials and blessings have molded Kimmy into a firm believer that all souls can survive hard things, and learn to create a humble gratitude for the tender mercies of life. Her love for the art of communication sparks her journey to help others find their soul purpose in life. To be honest, vulnerable, and willing to connect. To always seek the Source of pure love and forgiveness.
