Whether it's your first or your sixth baby, come learn how to make every stage of labor progress more smoothly. You will move beyond feelings of uncertainty to claim your power as life-giving agents. You'll learn and practice hands-on comfort measures so you can work together as a couple during labor. Class content is tailored to the unique needs of each couple, and is relevant no matter how and where you're planning to give birth! A decadent dessert of gourmet cookies served with delicious ice cream bars will be provided, along with water and fresh fruit.
