Soma Awareness (a 90 miinute class): Exploring the brain/muscle connection.
Do you experience muscle pain or tension? Does your daily routine include any kind of repetitive patterns: being in front of a computer, driving a car, sitting at a desk, etc? Through a series of slow and gentle movements, you will learn how to ‘hack’ into your brain to restore voluntary control of your muscles. This is the gateway into health and freedom in your body. Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a blanket or mat , & a pair of socks.
