IMMEDIATE Opening: We are seeking a responsible Part-time maintenance technician (15 hrs wk) for our apartment community in the Greensboro area. Perfect for retired or someone just wanting to work limited hours. The responsibilities include: - Grounds check and trash pickup at least 3 days a week. - Resolve maintenance issues in the area of appliance repair, electrical, plumbing, and A/C repair. - Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status. - Painting and basic appliance repair. (i.e. changing flap in toilets, unclog sinks, fix leaks, replacing filters) - Cleaning & maintenance of grounds and common areas. - Handles service on-call & after-hours emergency maintenance issues. - HVAC certification a plus, but not required. Must own a reliable vehicle (preferably a pick up truck) and possess a valid driver's license. A background check will be required to qualify for this position.
