We are reaching out to let you know we are hosting a medical benefit for, Ronnie Saucedo, who was diagnosed with Stage 5 kidney disease. About two months ago, Ronnie was informed that he has Stage 5 Kidney disease. He is currently awaiting a kidney transplant, and is scheduled for surgery to immediately begin dialysis. The family has been advised by the hospital and insurance company they will need to meet the required, initial out-of-pocket deductibles before the insurance will cover any of the costs needed for surgeries, dialysis and medications. Ronnie’s diminishing health condition hasn’t stopped him from volunteering as a baseball coach as most of his children have played this beloved sport! Everyone knows they can count on Ronnie and his family to participate in providing team support and fundraising. Ronnie and his childhood sweetheart, Delpha, have been married for over 25 years. They have been blessed with 5 amazing children, and 2 incredibly handsome grandsons. Ronnie is, and continues to be, the sole provider of this beautiful family. In March, Ronnie and his entire family were diagnosed with COVID-19 (Ronnie got it twice). This diagnosis greatly affected Ronnie’s kidneys and caused additional health problems. As mentioned above, we are raising funds to help our brother and his family. The doctors have given a cost estimate of about $15,000 to go towards upcoming medical expenses. Any and all donations are greatly appreciated, and will help ease the financial burden and stress the family is currently experiencing. All proceeds will go directly toward Ronnie’s medical expenses. Family and friends are coming together to host a Medical Benefit Fundraiser on Saturday, July 24th, at San Jose Catholic Church. We will be selling $10 BBQ plates and will also have a live Raffle and Silent Auction!
