We are a small New York City-based boutique hospitality staffing company seeking polished, professional and experienced individuals for Server and Bartending positions to work for various clients, such as catering companies, event spaces, venues, stores and private events throughout NYC and the surrounding areas. This is an ideal position for those seeking supplemental income and have a flexible schedule. Shift times, days of work and shift hours vary and are based on client and event schedules.  *****BARTENDER REQUIREMENTS**** • Clean and polished appearance. • Will only be interviewing bartenders with full mixed drink/full bar set up experience (UNEXPERIENCED BARTENDERS SHOULD KNOW THEY ARE NOT THE BARTENDERS FOR US) • Must be able to interact in a friendly, enthusiastic, energetic and outgoing manner with clients and consumers in any setting including switching to a server position if needed. • Server experience is PLUS. • Must be well spoken. • Self motivated. Proactive. • Must be able to walk and stand comfortably for long periods of time Responsibilities may include but not limited to: Ensuring guests are getting a good experience aligned with the event, client and host's expectations. Responsible for reviewing drink programs, set up and break down of the work area and the preparation of products. Must be able to interact in a friendly, enthusiastic, energetic with very high end clientele. Candidates must be comfortable assisting with other duties at catered events - i.e. serving, busing, bar back etc.
