Volunteer to help at the next Teen Heart Screening at Midland Memorial Hospital!
We are seeking volunteers (adults or high school students) to help with check-in, greeting, escorting, and check-out duties for the next Championship Hearts Foundation Teen Heart Screening event.
Volunteer shifts are available all morning (8:00 AM - 2:00 PM), early morning (8:00 AM - 11:00 AM), and late morning (11:00 AM - 2:00 PM).
Arrival instructions will be emailed to volunteers the week of the event. Volunteers must sign in at the Volunteer Check-In to receive task assignment and instructions. Refreshments and a t-shirt will be provided.

WHO WE ARE:
Championship Hearts Foundation (CHF) is a non-profit 501(c)3 agency focused on the prevention of sudden cardiac death by screening teens, ages 14-18, for Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM) and other cardiac abnormalities.

CHF has over 21 years of experience conducting large-scale adolescent heart screenings. Collaborations with Baylor College of Medicine, the University of Texas School of Public Health, and an endorsement by the Texas Chapter of the American College of Cardiology are testament to CHF's expertise.
