Need help fixing toro timemaster

My toro timemaster starts, then stops when the blades are attempted to engage, then doesn’t start again. Occasionally there will be a loud bang. Replaced carburetor, gas pump, spark plug, air filter. Will pay agreed upon price if it is fixed. Any questions please inquire!
