Join us for a mobility clinic for runners! We will go over the HOW and WHY of performing mobility work efficiently for injury prevention and performance.
This clinic is presented by Diane Datz, Doctor of Physical Therapy and founder of The Recovery Lab. The evening will start with a 15 min warm-up, including stretching lead by Sport System's running department buyer, Likhaya Dayile.
