Join us for a Deeper Than Poses yoga experience with Pure Ceremonial Cacao Hosted by Lushra HQ! You're invited to an all experience level yoga class led by Alondra Smith, founder of Deeper Than Poses. Each ticket includes a 60 minute yoga class, followed by a 10 minute sound bath, mix and mingling, Pure Ceremonial Drink ticket, Acai Bowl, swag and more from our community partners! With the heart opening support of Pure Ceremonial Cacao provided by Shelsea Sanchez, we will gather with intention, listen deeply and have a yoga experience that is deeper than poses. Each ticket includes a Pure Ceremonial Drink Ticket, opportunity to mix & mingle, 60 minute yoga class, followed by a 10 minute sound bath, Acai Bowls from our community partner @vidabowls, swag and more from our community partners! What To Bring: Towel Open mind and a Positive attitude Lushra will be providing waters and yoga mats! My name is Alondra Smith founder of Deeper Than Poses. I was born in Shreveport, LA, raised in Dallas, TX. I am a 200 hour Register Yoga Teacher that fell in love with Yoga during a dark time in my life. It is through Yoga that I regained my self-confidence and power. My mission is to empower those like me. To remind you that you don't have to be a certain size, shape, color, gender or age to practice Yoga. To encourage you to show up to every space confidently as yourself, Yoga is no exception. So grab your mat, no you don't have to be flexible, just grab your mat. Lets take this journey together!!!!
