Join us & the Chicago Fire Dept. for a fire safety class for homeowners and businesses. The presentation is 30 mins followed by Q&A. Join us and the Chicago Fire Department's Commander Preston Roberson for a fire safety class on June 22, 6:00-6:45pm, on the lawn at the Boathouse at Park #571, 2828 S. Eleanor St. This meeting will be in-person. We expect all who attend to follow the appropriate safety protocols.  This fire safety class will cover basic tips for homeowners and businesses to prevent fires and how to stay safe during the event of a fire. The Chicago Fire Department is the largest fire department in the midwest, and one of the nation's largest departments throughout the United States. It's also one of the oldest major organized fire departments, established before 1833. The mission of the South Branch PAC is to promote inclusive community use of the Chicago Park District’s programs and facilities at Park #571 and other neighborhood parks.
