Gov. Parsons has signed yet another nonsense bill. The bill takes the power of local health agencies to implement health directives out of the hands of health professionals and gives it to Jeff City. That sounds like a perfect system to me...instead of doctors making public health decisions, let's have politicians do it because they are so knowledgeable on the subject. Whatever happened to the republican mantra to Get Government OUT of our lives? Just to point the finger in the right place, he only signed it. The republican legislature sent it to him. You voted them in, Missouri. Let's see how you like it.
