3 yo Maine Coon mix needs new home

Due to circumstances beyond my control I am needing to find a new home for Simon, my Maine Coon mix. He is the sweetest, gentle giant and loves to be with his human. He's great with dogs but I don't know how he is with other cats. He comes with an automatic litter box that only needs changed once a month and a giant cat tree big enough to support his weight. He isn't a big talker but loves chattering at the birds outside. He's had his kitten vaccines but hasn't had adult ones as he's only been an indoor cat.
