We are a fast growing company looking for a high-performing Sales Manager and Part time associates. We have 2 locations on East Washington Street in Indianapolis we are looking to fill immediately! Responsibilities Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the store and online operations Be available to work during store hours, key holder opening and closing store. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships with the best customer service Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status Skills High school education or equivalent. College degree strongly preferred Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Strong business sense and industry expertise Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills Tech savvy, intermediate level knowledge of computers and electronic devices Reliable, responsible, and fast learner!
