Lawn maintenance lead with signing bonus

Looking for someone with several years experience in lawn maintenance. Must have knowledge of commercial equipment. 4 days a week, can pick up extra hours with landscaping if desired. This is for the whole season, usually through sometime in October but then there more work with fall clean ups if desired. Basic mowing, trimming and blowing off decks, drives, etc. MUST have valid, clean DL. Please do not apply if you don't have experience or DL. References required. $23-25/hour with bonuses and raises on performance. $1,000 signing bonus!
