We are dedicated to the preservation, promotion and cultural impact of this unique American folk music and its roots in African-American communities.  Blues is often thought of as a southern and Midwestern regional art form, California and the West Coast also have a history in  this music. The communities of Los Angeles, Seattle, Oakland, Hayward-Russell City, Pittsburg, Richmond, and Vallejo all have deep roots in the music idiom. We call ourselves Vino Godfather in honor of the patriach of our large and loyal Italian family. Just as the generations before us did, we craft our wines with dedication and love. In honor of the challenges that our Godfather faced, our first two wines are called Prohibition Red and Prohibition White, which are delicious red and white blends. Both will be released in the spring of 2013. We invite you to follow our tradition, and gather round with family, friends and good food to enjoy a bottle today!
