P3 Painting Company is looking for Residential Painters! If you are someone with a crew or an individual Painter looking for consistent work, we want to talk with you. Our Painters perform and coordinate the preparation and application of exterior and interior finishes in Residential and sometimes Commercial settings. Experience as a Residential Painter, along with exceptional customer service skills, is a must. YOU WILL: - Prep various surfaces for painting by power washing, cleaning, scraping, sanding, drywall patching, or any other means necessary. - Mixes, matches, and blends various paints, enamels, lacquers, varnishes, stains, and special protective coatings to achieve the desired color, consistency, and drying properties. - Caulks, putties, types of cement or plasters. - Paints using a brush, roller, spray gun, or another applicator. - Prepares wall and hangs paper or other wall covering material. - Ability to determine and identify proper materials and material quantities for new and existing projects. Requirements - Proven experience painting - Valid Driver's License and Proof of Insurance - Basic Painters' tools, work vehicle, and good references
