Description

I have practiced Nei Kung (internal energy stance training) over 12 years which has given me Insight on powerful meditation techniques. Although similar to yoga, Nei Kung does have a few key differences. This practice has also led me into martial arts and gymnastics. I teach high level exercises (back flips, one arm handstand..) but I’m eager to work with people that are rehabilitating or overweight.I am passionate about creating a healthy and balanced lifestyle which includes diet, mindfulness and a well developed fitness routine. Through my own experience I know that our energy is directly connected to nature which is why I mostly train at parks or the beach. Weightlifting makes up a small part of my fitness program since amazing results can be achieved with body weight alone I’ve read numerous books on energy practice; it’s what I’m good at.
