Let's relax! Restorative yoga is long, slow, and sweet!
Heavily prop based, we'll warm up and then use our props to find floor based, long-held, juicy poses. If you're familiar with restorative and have your own props, please bring them with you! If not, please bring yourself, several pillows, blankets or towels, dress comfortably in loose clothing, and maybe even bring socks! Truly the zen you're looking for!
