A mandala flow is a circular rotation on the mat. We will do each side twice to create a circle flowing in one direction, followed by moving the other side to create a circle flowing the opposite way. We will move slowly, but get very sweaty! This is an awesome opportunity to get out of your head and into your body, as we will be moving all over the mat!
