Landscape Installers Needed/ Crew & Foremen!

Hello Austin! We are a small high end residential landscape design and installation business. We have been in business for 18 Great years. All of our business is based on referral. Word of mouth has kept us all happy for quite some time. We are lookinh for experienced landscape installation guys. We are also in need of a foreman who is not hesitant of going the extra mile on a daily basis. Going the extra mile is how we have stayed in business this long. We are sad to say a couple of our best guys are moving out of state. But that gives you an opening to join us. Hopefully you'll be better faster and stronger! We have some pretty amazing clients...as well as some okay clients. lol All of which matter the same to us as a team. It is their referrals that keep us going onto the next job site. We work all over the Austin area. Everyone is responsible for getting themselves to and from work. Some days we may move to several worksites within the day. We pay crew guys above the going rate so that we can hold them to a higher standard. As a foreman this would be your job. To maximize labor throughout the day. I also prefer foremen to lead by example IE get in the trenches with the guys and work hard. We have a hydraulic trailer and a T-650 along with every power tool you could need for anything. If we don't have it we get it. Foremen are responsible for showing up to the job site at the start time with all the tools needed for the day. This means you would usually start an hour before the crew start time to gather tools and make it to the site on time. Crew guys are expected to be consistently on time to each job site. It's pretty amazing to say, but we are still growing! Our client list is getting longer and we need to be able to split up. We currently have 3 foremen doing a great job. 2 are leaving in a matter of weeks and months. If you're interested in the foreman position, this is the perfect time for them to train you on how we do business. If you have experience and you're good managing people, please reach out to us. We're flexible on the pay. It depends on what you're bringing to the table and what we're able to see in the field over time. If you are an experienced landscape installer, we want you on the crew! Please, be able to lift 100 lbs comfortably. It'll make your days much easier. We Love what we do! We want someone who Loves creating outdoor living spaces. Ideally you would have a solid work ethic, love working outside in the heat and cold, be able to operate heavy machinery, be able to lift 100 lbs easily and wanting to grow with a company.
