Oranje Commercial Cleaning is currently looking for energetic individuals who want to bring their passion for cleaning to an environment that fully supports your ability to grow, learn, and succeed. Work Locations: Westgate Entertainment District- 6751 N Sunset Blvd, Glendale, AZ 85305 (Do not apply onsite) Positions: Day Porter: Thursday - Monday 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (8 hours daily/40 hours weekly) Day Porter: Tuesday - Saturday 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (8 hours daily/40 hours weekly) Night Porter: Sunday - Wednesday 4:00 PM - 12:30 PM (8 hours daily/40 hours weekly) Night Cleaner: Monday - Friday 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM (8 hours daily/40 hours weekly) Pay Rate: $13.00 Duties: General Janitorial and Custodian duties daily. Must have attention to detail and enjoy cleaning. Sweeping, Mopping, Buffing, Dusting, Vacuuming, Cleaning Drains, Descaling, Spot Removal, Windows, Doors/Hinges, Wiping, Emptying Garbage, Ability to Patrol Areas and Identify and Report Maintenance Issues, Additional Tasks as Assigned, etc. Requirements Special Requirements: Must be able to pass background checks Must be reliable and be punctual Must have reliable transportation Must pass an E-Verify Qualifications: Ability to physically accomplish cleaning tasks A willingness to learn and collaborate A positive attitude and a desire to help A desire for a full-time position (40 hours/week) Not Required, But Preferred: Speaks Spanish and English Previous cleaning experience
