Aquaman Pools Swimming Pool Technicians are fantastic individuals who provide an awesome level of care to our client’s pools, spas, and water features. All the while creating an environment of exceptional customer service. Skills Needed/Other Requirements: Qualified and proficient in pool maintenance, chemistry and service High School Diploma or equivalent 1-year pool maintenance experience Dependable transportation (to get to work) with good driving record No felony convictions for theft, fraud, or similar crimes Clean drug test Smart phone with data plan Reasonably computer literate What You'd BE DOING: The Pool Service Consultant’s objective is to always have growth and great customer service for the company in the forefront of daily business. All the while striving to be a great technician and drive the growth of the company daily. Promote Company values and customer care Perform regular cleaning and maintenance on pools and spas assigned and always go the extra mile for the client Have a great working knowledge of pool chemistry and the ability to explain it to the client Complete daily records of worked performed at client’s pools Manage and track chemicals used with a high degree of accuracy Self-starter with the ability to start work early in the day Explain needs to customers and get approval for any repairs needed Perform all duties with a customer and safety first mindset Be neat and clean cut Be on time to work Wear company provided uniforms Present yourself in a professional manner always Have a great attitude!
