Description

From sheep to shirt, come see how textiles were produced by hand. Living history demonstrations on the lawn by the RI Spinners Guild, as well as exhibits of weaving and textile dyeing. Kids can do laundry like in the olden days! Pump water from the well, use the washboard, hang your wash out to dry. Tour the House and enjoy the opening of our antique quilt show, The Art of Comfort, which will run throughout the month of July. Visit our Mercantile for handcrafted and gift items.
