Join us for a beautiful Cacao Ceremony & Ecstatic/Somatic Dance Enjoy a safe space for free body movement and connection with your higher self through these two powerful modalities: Ecstatic Dance is a Somatic Healing Practice that directs your focus and awareness down from your mind and into your physical body. It allows you to feel the sensations in your body as a way to connect your mind-body-soul and listen to your intuition. It is a therapeutic tool to heal trauma, to free the mind, the body and connect with yourself and identify places in your body that need to release stuck energy. Cacao ceremony is a personal experience, everyone has different experiences while connecting with this plant/ancestral medicine. Cacao helps you to connect and open up your heart to release what no longer serves you, manifest and receive what you are ready to receive. Through opening the heart, cacao enables us to hear our true self, AND together with somatic dance, it will help you to work through blockages and past traumas, dissolve negative energy, and help you align with who you truly are. This ceremony will involve guided somatic movements, free movement, ecstatic dance, giving time for the Cacao to activate within the body and soul, creating transformation to experience pure joy. You do not need to have experience dancing. Somatic dance empowers people of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds. It is through free movement that we free ourselves.
